STEP 01
Brief & scope
Free site visit. We walk the site, review your brief, and come back within a week with a clear feasibility view — scope, programme estimate, and any issues to resolve before we quote.
STEP 02
Contract
Fixed-price or cost-plus contract. We work with your architect and engineer, or can introduce trusted local practices. All materials and specifications locked before works begin.
STEP 03
Construct
A named crew on site daily. Weekly progress photos and site reports. James on the tools and on the phone. Any variations documented and approved in writing before they happen.
STEP 04
Handover
Practical completion inspection, defects period, full documentation pack. Commercial builders warranty — 6 years major defects, 2 years minor defects under NSW law.
